Terms & Conditions

By renting from Tempo Kitchens, you agree to the following terms:

Rental Use
The kitchen trailer is to be used for standard cooking purposes only. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are prohibited.

Delivery & Setup
Tempo Kitchens provides delivery, setup, and disconnection. The renter must ensure the site meets all required conditions prior to delivery.

Site Requirements
The renter is responsible for providing:

• 120V electrical connection

• Water supply

• 220V stove connection (unless generator is rented)

Rental Period
Rental begins on delivery and ends upon pickup. Extensions must be approved in advance.

Payments
All rental fees must be paid as agreed prior to or at the start of the rental period.

Damage Responsibility
The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability
Tempo Kitchens is not liable for:

• Improper use of equipment

• Site conditions

• Utility interruptions (power, water, etc.)

Access
The renter agrees to provide reasonable access for delivery, service, and pickup.
