Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery: Full refund (excluding any non-recoverable costs)

• Cancellations made within 48 hours: Subject to a cancellation fee

Deposits

• The $500 damage deposit is fully refundable after inspection

• Rental payments may be partially refundable depending on timing and circumstances

Early Returns
No refunds are provided for unused rental time once the rental period has started.

Service Interruptions
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
